There will be a half-day within the schedule for extra integration

Day 1- Session, welcome, intro, basics

Day 2- Breaking down the techniques and instructions. Guide the shorter 'daily practice'

Day 3- Upper bindu focus

Day 6- Partnered process

Day 8- Safety and trauma awareness, ethics etc

Return on Income: Depending where in the world you are teaching and the length of workshop, you could be making €250-1000 per breathwork event. It's possible to make even more than this per event when you craft a full-day immersion. You could therefore make the training cost back in a matter of a few months.

Cancel more than 30 days before training: 80% refund on deposit

Cancel more than 14 days before: 50% refund

Cancel after that- no refund on deposit amount.
