ENTRANCED - Hypnotic Dance + Blue Lotus

ENTRANCED is a new concept, inviting the shala to transform into a temple for deep dance exploration.

Playing deep, delightful tunes that will invite you into a trance space of winding, swaying and moving.

We begin the journey with a Blue Lotus/Lily tea ceremony- The Blue Lotus has been used for thousands of years for it's trance-inducing abilities, with mildly psychoactive properties that support relaxation, lucid dreaming and sensual activation. It was used often in ancient Egypt for ceremonies and supporting a lucid state in waking life.  (The tea is optional and please check out more information plus health contraindications here)

Then Luna will guide us into a ritual trance practice to drop deeper into a state of flow and surrender, as Triss starts to play entrancing music to move to.
