These sessions are a laboratory of love and relating where you'll learn new skills for navigating your relationships- whether they're romantic, friendships, business or family!
Make new friends, learn relating tools and nourish yourself with conscious connections.
Each session will have different content, generally with about an hour of communication practices then 1.5 hours of more embodied connection practices. If you're here a while, you can join again each week and continue to learn new skills and meet new people!
If you're single you can come and meet lovely Pai people also interested in authentic, deeper connections.
If you're in a relationship you can come as a couple and practice these tools together!
