How can our relationships become a space of deep healing?

In this workshop we'll explore how we can hold deep space in our relationships (whether intimate, friendship, familial or other) for releasing, softening and attuning.

This will be a somatic and spiritual journey into the heart of co-regulating, attunement work and verbal communication that allows us to come into authentic connection and let down our defense mechanisms so we can really connect- heart to heart, soul to soul. 

So much of what is in the way of having the relationships we truly want is our ego, our judgments, our projections and assumptions. 

We also can experience a physical un-safety with other bodies which can show up as avoidance, numbing and other behaviours. 

Or we cling, try to manipulate and control others to keep them with us.
