In this deep-dive experience, we'll explore how we can hold deeper and more profound space in our relationships for transformation, healing and loving more fully.

This will be a somatic and spiritual journey into the heart of co-regulating, attunement work and verbal communication that allows us to come into authentic connection and let down our defence mechanisms so we can really connect- heart to heart, soul to soul.
