In these workshops you'll explore your sensuality through slow somatic practices that invite your sensitivity, inner radiance and pleasure potential to emerge. 

Our senses are responsible for how we interpret the world, and in an over-stimulated modern culture we have often numbed our senses in a way that hardens us and prevents us from feeling the full spectrum of our aliveness.

Reclaiming our sensuality allows us to experience a more vibrant, beautiful world and to experience more pleasure and connection to life. 

Sensuality is often thought of just in relation to sex and intimacy, but its a part of every moment, every interaction, every experience we have! How sensually embodied we are can change how we navigate this world, what we notice, how much we can tune into our intuition and how much we can enjoy being in our body.
