Bringing together Tantric principles and practices of presence, attunement, sensitivity and full-spectrum aliveness with the spontaneous creative expression of contact improvisation practice and techniques to invite an exploration of the body, human connection and the soul in ecstatic motion. Here intimacy is not about sexuality, it's about truth, connection to self/other/life and how much we can listen and respond to the moment rather than forcing ourselves on the world. It's about being in a deep state of presence and receptivity.
